  • Refund Policy/ Cancelation Policy

    • ​If we are unable to deliver your arrangement for any reason, we will contact you to schedule another attempt, if we do not receive a reply within 3 days, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded 25% of your total. (Why 25%? We take into account the following: the time we put into the arrangement, the flowers that are perishable, and our drivers who still need to get paid for the trip) If you preordered and we have NOT started on your order, you can cancel and get 100% of your money back! For large wedding/event orders refunds and cancelations are based on each circumstance. We do not offer a full refund on large orders but depending on other factors we will come to an outcome we are all happy with.

  • Shipping Policy

    • All orders are processed as close to the requested time as we are able to. 

    • Our delivery times are from 9am-6pm, if you requested at another time we we will reach out and confirm if we are able to.

    • We do not currently ship internationally. We are able to ship/deliver your order within a 50 mile radius.

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
