Our availability and stock changes everyday! Ordering through here is the quickest way possible but if you want something other than what we have online, the best way is to call or send us a DM on Instagram for a speedy reply! Special requests need to be ordered in advance! We will gladly accept same-day orders; however, there is a limit to what we can do on short notice.

Do you do same-day delivery?
Yes, we do! Except on Sundays! We do not provide same-day deliveries on Sundays.
Where are you located?
We are located in East Los Angeles on the corner of 1st and Hicks! For reference, we are near El Mercadito! We also offer parking behind us! Entrance is on Hicks
What are your hours? (Regularly updated on Google, check there for Holiday hours)
Sunday 9am-2pm We do not take orders on Sundays! If you want something for a Sunday you MUST order beforehand!
How much is delivery (shipping)? Is delivery included in the price?
No! Delivery is its own fee. We charge based on mileage! We deliver within a 50-mile radius! If you are trying to order delivery for somewhere outside the local area (6 miles), CALL US!

We deliver within a 50-mile radius, if it falls within that range then yes we do!
Why is delivery (shipping) not available online outside of a 6-mile radius?
We do this on purpose! We are a small business and we are only able to do so much, having you call after you checkout allows us to have control over all our orders, it also allows us to provide you with our current availability!
Do you do weddings or parties?
Yes, we do! Send us a picture to get a quote! We do, however, require preordering & a deposit for any sort of event! We do not take same-day or next-day orders for big events! Please plan ahead!

What is your cancelation/refund policy?
If we are unable to deliver your arrangement for any reason, we will contact you to schedule another attempt, if we do not receive a reply within 5 days of the order you will be refunded 25% of your total and your order will be canceled. (Why 25%? We take into account the following: the time we put into the arrangement, the flowers that are perishable, and our drivers who still need to get paid for the trip) If we have not started your order you can cancel and get 100% of your money back!
